1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Momentum AI LLC provides AI tools, systems, consulting services, digital products, and related business solutions through these programs, including but not limited to: WIN, FORGE, ATLAS, VELOCITY, RADAR, SPARK, and COMMAND. Message frequency will not exceed two messages per weekday.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

 

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Use services only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse, copy, or exploit our systems

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, systems, frameworks, and materials are the exclusive property of Momentum AI LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

• Reverse engineer or replicate systems

• Use content for competing purposes

 

6. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payments are processed through Stripe.

• All fees are due at time of purchase unless otherwise stated

• Refund policies will be specified at the point of sale

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel transactions.

 

Any additional message or data rates are independent of contract and depend on your carrier.

7. AI OUTPUT DISCLAIMER

AI-generated outputs:

• Are provided for informational and business assistance purposes only

• May not be accurate, complete, or error-free

• Should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice

You assume full responsibility for how outputs are used.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum AI LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

 

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Momentum AI LLC from any claims arising out of:

• Your use of the services

• Violation of these Terms

• Misuse of AI outputs

 

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access at any time

• Refuse service for any reason

 

To stop or decline services, you may opt-out by responding HELP and/or STOP at any time.

 

11. PRIVACY

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

 

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Wilson County, Tennessee, and you consent to jurisdiction therein.

 

14. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of changes.
